Additional Helpful Services offered by expected outcomes:

• OPTION 1 – $24.99/month (12 month contract, invoiced monthly )
  Backups  - Daily and monthly backup service  -
  Full backup of your site once per month with daily database backups.
  AND
  Update Services - WordPress Upgrades, Plugin Upgrades.
  Will make recommendation if any plugin or widget upgrade is not possible.

• OPTION 2 – One-Time Charge - $60
  One-Time Backup & Update Service
  WordPress Backup and Upgrade, Plugin Upgrades.
  Will make recommendation if any plugin or widget upgrade is not possible. FYI – we advise waiting between 2-4 weeks when a new (major) upgrade is offered by WordPress before we upgrade your site.  We also do a one time database-only backup prior to upgrading your WordPress Installation.  Some time these services will require you provide to Expected Outcomes your WordPress login and server info.

Consulting and Maintenance Services –

• Whether you need some advice, a tweak of customization, or serious troubleshooting, by retaining Expected Outcomes as your partner,  you know you are in good hands.   At our hourly rate of $90—and a $250 retainer—you’ll have a trusted partner to turn to for design, development and consulting services as you need it.  The best part is that you understand what you will pay.  With the $250 up front retainer, when you have an situation arise, you simply call or email Carlanne. She’ll take care of the problem and deduct from your retainer only for the exact time, in minutes, that it took.  If it takes 5,  10 or 15 minutes, that is what is used of the retainer.    Once the retainer is depleted, you have the option of going with a maintenance plan where you pay as you go in one-hour increments and we still bill by the minute.

• If you have a just few things you need changed or want to learn how to do and you would like to spend an hour, on the phone, in front of your computer asking questions, with a one- hour $99 consultation, Carlanne will walk you through the fixes by phone or, if you’d like, handle them for you.
